Stylish and well-appointed hotel.
The staff were poorly trained for a supposed 5-star hotel. We were given keys to another guest's room, and upon returning, I found my room hadn't been made up despite it being 3 PM. To add insult to injury, I was woken up at 9:30 PM by the maid who barged in without warning to deliver fresh towels, blaming me for not placing a do-not-disturb sign. This is unacceptable hospitality for the price.

Family with children, Really good service and cozy comfort
The concierge was excellent, they were happy to provide us with all kinds of info and suggestions for things to do. And the breakfast, oh man, they had these delicious pastries every morning that just blew my mind.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth every penny.

The location was stellar-just a short walk to the Orsay Museum and Le Bon Marché. They even provided recommendations for great pet-friendly spots nearby, perfect for our family and our two dogs.
In my wife's opinion, the dining options could be improved for families, especially with younger kids.
